Once you have defined your Assignment for a trainee, the recruiters of Smelt will search for the best profiles.
A regular procedure for selection takes place. Smelt will open her platform with trainees, which gives you the opportunity to meet with potential trainees already.

Payrolling & Administration

To relieve your from administrative burden, Smelt takes care of all duties concerning payrolling,
travelling expenses, contracts and contract management.
